Copyplan – Cost per Copy Photocopier Maintenance

Our “Copyplan” system, which is better known as Photocopier Managed Print Services (MPS), is a fully inclusive way to pay for the running costs of your Photocopier or Printer.

You will no doubt be familiar with the replacement of Toner Cartridges, but there are many more consumable items required to keep a Copier or Printer operational. Items such as Drums, Fusers, Transfer Units to name but a few and there are many more things that a Photocopier needs replacing at the correct time.

We take care of all this for you by monitoring your usage and carrying out the necessary services at the required times. In return we will make a very small charge for the copies you make.

Your only task will be to replace the Toner when the machine asks for it.

Furthermore, our automated system will allow your equipment to communicate with us and tell us when your Toner is getting low so that you always have a spare one available when needed.

As you would expect we have an outstanding team of Photocopier Service Technicians throughout the Manchester and North West area who are on standby at all times to respond rapidly to any service requirement, all fully inclusive within our Manged Print Service.

There is no simple answer to this as each machine has different running costs, different consumables and different service intervals but in general the larger and faster the Photocopier, the cheaper it will be to run.
