I'm already in a lease with another supplier. Can I switch?
Usually, yes. If your current lease or service contract is overpriced we can buy you out of it, settle what you owe, collect the old machine and move you onto a new agreement — often for less than you are paying now. Send us the agreement and a recent invoice and we will give you a straight answer, normally the same day.
How does photocopier leasing work?
You pay a fixed monthly amount to use the machine over an agreed term, typically three to five years, rather than buying it outright. A separate service agreement covers toner, parts and engineer visits through a charge per printed page. At the end of the term you can return the machine, buy it, extend, or upgrade to a newer model.
What is included in a photocopier lease?
The monthly payment covers the hardware. Toner, drums, fusers, routine servicing, parts, labour and engineer call-outs are normally covered by the per-page click charge on an inclusive agreement. Paper and staples are often excluded, so it is worth confirming exactly what is covered in writing.
How long does a photocopier lease last?
Most agreements run for 36, 48 or 60 months. Shorter terms mean a higher monthly payment but more flexibility to upgrade; longer terms reduce the monthly figure but usually cost more in total and delay when you can change machine.
Can I upgrade my photocopier during the lease?
Usually yes, by rolling the remaining balance into a new agreement. It is worth checking how much of the old balance is being carried over before agreeing, as this affects the real cost of the new machine.
