Toner & developer
- Develop C2551
- C2551 means the cyan toner-density sensor in the developer unit is reading outside its normal range.
- Develop C2552
- C2552 means the cyan toner-density sensor in the developer unit is reading outside its normal range.
- Develop C2553
- C2553 means the magenta toner-density sensor in the developer unit is reading outside its normal range.
- Develop C2554
- C2554 means the magenta toner-density sensor in the developer unit is reading outside its normal range.
- Develop C2555
- C2555 means the yellow toner-density sensor in the developer unit is reading outside its normal range.
- Develop C2556
- C2556 means the yellow toner-density sensor in the developer unit is reading outside its normal range.
- Develop C2557
- C2557 means the black toner-density sensor in the developer unit is reading outside its normal range.
- Develop C2558
- C2558 means the black toner-density sensor in the developer unit is reading outside its normal range.
- Develop C255C
- C255C is a toner-density measurement fault that often appears after a developer unit has been replaced.
Fusing unit
- Develop C3101
- C3101 is a fusing unit temperature fault: the part that bonds toner to the paper is not heating correctly.
- Develop C3102
- C3102 is a fusing unit temperature fault: the part that bonds toner to the paper is not heating correctly.
- Develop C3103
- C3103 is a fusing unit temperature fault: the part that bonds toner to the paper is not heating correctly.
- Develop C3104
- C3104 is a fusing unit temperature fault: the part that bonds toner to the paper is not heating correctly.
- Develop C3721
- C3721 points to a fault with the fusing heater lamp, so the unit cannot heat up properly.
- Develop C3911
- C3911 points to a fault with the fusing unit drive motor.
Drum & imaging
- Develop C2152
- C2152 points to a problem with the drum motor, the part that drives the imaging drums.
Paper feed
- Develop C0202
- C0202 is a paper-feed motor fault, so the machine cannot move paper through properly.
Controller, memory & storage
- Develop C-D010
- C-D010 is an abnormal-memory error reported by the controller.
- Develop C-E301
- C-E301 is a hard-disk communication error between the controller and the machine's storage.
