A lot of businesses are paying far more than they should for a photocopier, and staying put because the contract says they have to. It does not have to be that way. If your current lease or service agreement is overpriced, we can buy you out of it and move you across.
Send us your existing agreement — the lease, the service contract, or both — and your last couple of invoices. We look at what you are actually paying, what it would cost to settle, and what we would put in its place.
Where the numbers work, we settle what you owe the other supplier, collect the old machine, install the new one and set your team up on it. Your monthly cost from that point is usually lower than it was, and it includes toner, servicing and a three-hour engineer response rather than a call centre.
Where the numbers do not work — for example if you are a few months from the end of a deal anyway — we will tell you that, and tell you what to do instead. Nobody gets pushed into a buyout that does not save them money.
That is enough for us to give you a straight answer, usually the same day.
We do not buy you out of one bad contract into another. Every deal we put in place is on the same fully inclusive terms as the rest of our customers, with the same three-hour engineer response, and we will show you the settlement and the new figures side by side before you sign anything.
In most cases, yes. Send us the agreement and a recent invoice; where the numbers work we settle what you owe the existing supplier, remove the old machine and move you onto a new deal — usually for less than you are paying now. Where a buyout would not save you money we will tell you that instead.
It depends on how much is left to run and on the finance company's settlement terms. That settlement is what we look at first. If we can absorb it and still give you a lower monthly cost on a new machine, we will; if we cannot, we will tell you what the gap is rather than hide it in a longer term.
We collect it and return it to the finance company or dispose of it, whichever the old agreement requires. You do not have to arrange that yourself.
We can normally give you a straight yes or no the same day we see your paperwork. From agreement to the new machine being installed is typically a couple of weeks, depending on the settlement process with your existing supplier.
No. The new agreement is on the same terms we offer everyone, and we show you the settlement figure and the new monthly cost side by side before you sign anything.
